After filling out the Client Discovery Application — We have a 30-minute call — no pitch, no pressure. We run through your form and decide the next best steps and I tell you honestly whether I can help.

Step 2: The Deep Read

If we proceed, I immerse myself in your business — your structure, your team, your market, your financials, your strategy. I read the system the way a doctor reads a patient. I’m looking for the one thing that, if addressed, changes the outcome of everything else.

Step 3: The Penetration Brief

I deliver a One-Page Penetration Brief — the single most important strategic insights for your business right now. Not a 90-page deck. Recommendations to create disproportionate impact.

Step 4: The Execution Sprint

For full engagements, we work together over 6–12 weeks to implement the strategic shift — restructuring, repositioning, rebuilding, or removing whatever is in the way. I guide. You execute.
